The building was build in 1911 by a handfull of the best craftmenship at the time. It is wooden structure and its base and foundation were made of bricks which were covered by granite stone tiles. It is still in remarkable shape with no signs of water damage anywhere after over a hundred year. These builders really knew how to build.

Our job as a team was to re-design the basement floor for better use that matches today need. Untill now the basement was use as storage only. With our designs we turn the basement into usefull utility area such as laundry room and bathroom equipted with Finnish sauna for each appartment.

Also as an expansion of the area usage the attic was turn into living area for each appartment. The attic floor now has bedroom, working area, restroom and small storage in each of them.
