City suburb housing competition
Aava is solution to living is a city suburb area where building sites are small. Its designs tries to give the most of the site to the occupents and also eliminating the feeling of living in tight suburb area.

The designs take into consideration the need of different kind of people and families. It is a balanced choice of high living standard in any part of Nordic countries.
Outstanding and yet one with the surrounding
The Great Stump in the middle of the forest is Lamminrahka's new landmark. It is distinguished from afar. Extensive light openings in the middle of the hull bring daylight to the deep mass of the Great Stump. Under these, in the middle of the light, the students come together.
More brilliant homes on the residents' terms
Home design is my core approach to designing a property so that they provide a smoother everyday life for their residents. I have designed compact and multi-functional homes with easy access to smart services for greater enjoyment of living in modern Scandinavian style. The result is a new kind of traditional house where space is efficient; neither too much nor too little.
Old and new

The 1970s was an era of experimentation with prefabricated building technologies. They are in poor condition today and require refurbishment to continue their life cycle. This property needed a facade and balcony renovation to bring it to the energy requirement level of the 2000s. The aim is to bring a beautiful and cozy appearance to the building while still respecting its style of construction with the energy efficiency of the new era.
Blending in with the surroundings

The task was to design a detached house for a family of four in a modern Scandinavian style. The property is beautiful, environmentally friendly and sunny with a private courtyard. Respecting the area where the house is built, I chose to use a pine wood facade and it fits perfectly.
