RANTA BLOCK

The designed city block consists of three different types of housing; owner occupied, rental and student apartments. This also includes the business area on the street level and underground parking. Our focus was to give each type of housing its own distinguishable feel and functionality. We've also taken into consideration the unique water front site overlooking the city center.

​Our goal is to provide zoning codes with practical recommendations that would allow designers to bring the site up to its full potential.
