Aava means spacious. The name tries to go against the idea of living in a city suburn mean tight and clustered living. The detatched housing design tries to showcase the opposite of that.

With those princibles in mind Aava was created. It offers the occupents all that is nessessary in small suburb site yet giving the feeling of a spacious living standard.
