The site is located on Opettajanraitti 7, Hervanta. The building is a slab-concrete prefab constructed in 1974. The building has three stairways; A, B and C, and there are a total of 63 apartments. The house was undergoing facade and balcony repairs. The stairwells were also expanded to remove the corridor leading to the outdoor storage, creating a larger entrance hallway to the stairwell. Balcony repairs include adding new balconies to studios and flats that didn't have any. A total of 21 new balconies were added.
